Pinhook Rye Munny High Proof 2022 (58.2%)

Pinhook Rye Munny High Proof is a rye whiskey from Pinhook Bourbon, in its 2022 release. It is blended from a small selection of the best barrels and bottled just under cask strength at 58.2% ABV (116.4 proof), at a strength chosen to bring the flavours together. It is bottled unfiltered. The nose is soft and fragrant, with orange blossom, honeysuckle, green apple and baking spice. The palate brings walnuts, dates, spiced caramel and white pepper, and the finish is long and balanced.
