A Pinot Noir from the Valle d'Aosta DOP, produced by Rosset.
Grown on alpine slopes, where temperature variation supports slow grape ripening, it shows a complex aromatic profile with delicate notes of small red fruits, cherry and floral rose, plus light spicy nuances. Careful ageing in wooden barrels gives it a harmonious structure, soft tannins and persistent freshness.
It is well suited to delicate dishes such as white meats, light game or fresh cheeses.
