A pisco from Ocucaje with an immediate and recognisable aromatic profile.
The nose opens on floral notes and mature grape, with acacia blossom, white peach and a hint of exotic fruit, plus a subtle herbal note. The palate is rounded, with moderate sapidity and a balance of softness and liveliness; served slightly chilled, it shows a silky progression and fragrant persistence.
