A single cask rum from Kavelliers Liquors Limited, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2019. It is limited to three casks, with esters of 80, volatile compounds of 306 and dosage of 10. The rum was finished in wild cherry casks. On the nose it shows phenolic, balsamic, resinous, nutty and smoky notes, with roasted almond, vanilla, wood, cinnamon and pepper. The palate brings intense green apple, baked plum, butter caramel, coconut, tobacco and wood smoke. The finish is long, with charred oak, thyme, honey and chocolate. It is bottled at 44.1% vol in a 700 ml bottle.
