A single cask rum from Guatemala, distilled in 2019 at Destileria de Alcoholes y Rones and bottled as a Plantation single cask edition.
It is double matured: first in former Bourbon casks in a tropical climate, then finished in former Ferrand casks of French oak in south-west France. Alexandre Gabriel selects the finishing casks, and the edition is limited.
The cask details include esters 50, VC 189 and dosage 8.
