A limited single cask rum from Guatemala, distilled at Destiladora de Alcoholes y Rones and bottled under the Plantation Planteray name.
It is double matured: first in former Bourbon casks in a tropical climate, then finished in Ex-Ferrand French oak casks in south-west France. The release is limited to 14 casks.
The nose is light, with raisin and spicy fruit sweetness; the palate brings spicy fruit sweetness and Moscatel grape.
