A Guatemalan aged rum from the Plantation Single Cask range, distilled in 2021 and bottled at 43.8% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. It is a double-matured rum: first in former Bourbon barrels under tropical conditions, then finished in Ex-Ferrand French oak casks in south-west France. Alexandre Gabriel selects the finishing casks. The edition is limited to 15 casks.
The nose is light, with raisin and spicy fruit sweetness. The palate brings spicy fruit sweetness and Moscatel grape.
