A 14-year-old Panamanian rum distilled from molasses at Alcoholes del Istmo in a column still, bottled at 46% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. It was fermented for three days and aged for 11 years in American bourbon barrels, then finished for two years in Ferrand casks and 10 months in Syrah (Côte-Rotie) casks.
The finish is immediately recognisable on the nose: fruity and spicy. The palate is extremely fruity and spicy, paired with very present wine aromas.
