A 14-year-old Panamanian rum distilled in 2007 from molasses on a column still at Destillerie Alcoholes del Istmo. It spent 11 years in American bourbon casks in its country of origin, then two years in Ferrand casks and ten months in Syrah (Côte-Rôtie) casks at Maison Ferrand. The finish is immediately recognisable as fruity and spicy, with very present wine aromas. Limited to 15 casks.
