Plantation Trinidad 2008 2022 is a single cask rum from Trinidad Distillers, bottled at 48.1% vol in a 700 ml bottle. It is distilled from molasses by multi-column distillation after two to three days of fermentation. The rum spent 11 years in Bourbon casks in the tropics, two years in Ferrand casks on the continent, and was finished for nine months in a Sauvignon Blanc wine cask. It has an ester level of 31, a volatile compounds level of 70 and zero dosage. Limited to 11 casks.
