A single cask aged rum from Trinidad, distilled at Trinidad Distillers Limited. It is made from molasses, fermented for three days and distilled in a four-column still. The rum matured for eleven years in American bourbon casks in its country of origin, then one year in Ferrand casks and one year in Chardonnay casks. Limited to sixteen casks. The nose shows a fine bouquet with discreet honey notes, wood and smoke. The palate has a fine fruit-acidity interplay.
