A single cask rum from Trinidad Distillers Limited, distilled in 2009 and bottled at 45.3% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. Made from molasses, it was aged ten years in American bourbon casks, one year in Ferrand casks and eleven months in Duvel beer casks, with zero dosage.
The nose is woody with citrus hints. The palate combines fine fruit sweetness with bitter almond tones, and the finish is long.
