A single cask rum from Trinidad Distillers, distilled in 2011 and bottled at 48.4% vol. in a 100 ml bottle. It fermented for two to three days and matured for ten years in American bourbon barrels in the country of origin, then for one year in Ferrand casks and one year in Burgundy red wine casks at Maison Ferrand. The finish uses Pinot Noir casks from Burgundy.
