A single cask rum from Trinidad Distillers Limited, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2022. It is double aged, first in American bourbon casks and then in Ferrand casks, with a final three months in Sauternes wine casks. The rum is made from molasses and has a dosage of 5 g/l. On the nose it opens with mango, citrus fruit and quince, joined by acacia honey and vanilla. The palate is rich and complex, with pineapple, peach, beeswax, roasted almond, butter, ginger and clove.
