An aged rum from Barbados, distilled from molasses at Stade's West Indies Rum Distillery using pot and column stills after two to three days of fermentation. It spent five years and six months in Ferrand casks and one year and four months in Sauternes casks. Sauternes is a well-known French sweet wine from Bordeaux, made from botrytised grapes, with intense honey and peach notes. It is a Plantation single cask rum, one of the limited double-matured editions.
