An aged rum from El Salvador, distilled from molasses at Ingenio la Cabaña using a column still after two to three days of fermentation. It spent seven years in bourbon casks, one year and six months in a White Muscatel cask and six months in Ferrand casks. White Muscatel is a sweet, aromatic fortified wine, usually from Portugal, known for intense floral and fruity notes. It is a Plantation single cask rum, one of the limited double-matured editions.
