A single cask rum from Saint Lucia, distilled in 2009 and bottled at 55% vol. in a 700 ml bottle. It is limited to 462 bottles. The rum matured for 13 years in tropical conditions in Bourbon casks and 3 years continentally in Ferrand casks. It is made from molasses, with esters of 358 g/hL AA and volatile compounds of 1860 g/hL AA. The colour is amber with golden glints. The empty glass leaves vanilla, tobacco, balsamic, roasted nuts and dark chocolate.
