A single cask rum from Fiji, distilled from molasses on a column still at Dest.Rum Co. of Fiji. It spent seventeen years in bourbon casks in its country of origin, then two years in Ferrand casks and one year in Umeshu casks at Maison Ferrand. The nose shows apricot notes, aged apricot brandy, wood and fine spice. The palate has pronounced fruit sweetness with date.
