Planteray Fiji 2018 2026 Porto Lagrima Finish XO is a single cask aged rum from Paradise Beverage Distillery, distilled from molasses using a column still and bottled at 46.7% vol in a 700 ml bottle. It was aged for three years in bourbon casks, one year and six months in Ferrand casks, and finished for one year and six months in Porto Lagrima barrels. Ester 73, VC 202, dosage 4 g. The nose has pastry, toffee, creme brulee, raisin, dried apricot, prune, lemon zest, pineapple, ripe pear, orange blossom, vanilla and banana. The palate brings peach, honey, fig, coconut, almond, ginger, mint and pineapple, with a finish of caramel, lemon curd, prune, orange peel, chamomile, chocolate and nutmeg.
