A single cask Jamaican rum from Clarendon Distillers, distilled from molasses in a pot still.
It spent three years in Bourbon casks, six years and eight months in Ferrand casks, and two years and two months in a Madeira wine cask. The cask is numbered 3 of 26, with esters 63, VC 114 and dosage 0 g/l.
The nose shows freshly ground hazelnuts, nougat notes and very subtle wood tones. The palate brings nougat chocolate, lightly caramel sweetness and very subtle wood tones.
