A single cask aged rum from Jamaica, distilled at Lluidas Vale from molasses. It matured for five years in bourbon casks before an eight-month finish in Ferrand Dry Curaçao casks. The nose shows dark berries, ester notes, roasted aromas, candied orange peel, orange zest and spicy notes. The palate is very present, with orange peel, strongly reduced orange marmalade, milk chocolate and spicy fruit sweetness.
