A 12-year-old single cask aged rum bottled at 47.5% ABV in a 100 ml bottle.
It is a blend of rums from Trinidad, Panama, Barbados, Australia, Jamaica, Fiji and Guyana, made from molasses and distilled in pot and column stills. Ageing began in bourbon casks, continued in Ferrand casks, and finished for 1.5 years in Moscatel wine casks. Dosage is 15 g.
On the nose it is herbal with a hint of lovage; the palate brings nuts, coffee, chocolate and dark berries.
