Planteray Mauritius 2021 Rum (70cl, 40.1%)

A single cask rum from the Saint Aubin distillery in Mauritius, distilled in 2021. It spent one year ageing in the tropics and two years on the continent, with dosage of 0 g/l and an outturn of 246 bottles worldwide. The nose shows vanilla, citrus notes, tropical fruit and passion fruit. The palate has salted caramel, dried fruits, plum and dried apricots. The finish is intense, with black tea and pepper.
