A single cask rum from Panama, distilled from molasses on a column still at Don Jose Distillery. It was aged for several years in bourbon casks in its country of origin, then several years in Ferrand casks and one year in Marsala casks at Maison Ferrand. The nose has a fruity-sweet character of raspberries, honey, fresh almond and caramel, with additional pleasant spice on the palate, candied fruit, spicy sweetness, hints of liquorice and pleasant bitter notes.
