A single cask aged rum from Paraguay, produced by Fortin S.A. from molasses using a column still. It spent eight years in bourbon casks, then two years and three months in Marsala barrels, with one year and four months in Ferrand casks. The nose offers butterscotch, flowers, buttery notes, light citrus, raisins, peppermint, dried tropical fruits, hazelnut, anise and vanilla. The palate brings papaya, coffee, tonka bean, pepper, figs, tobacco, walnut and herbs, with a finish of dried apricots, almonds, liquorice, tamarind and orange peel.
