A single cask aged rum from Paraguay, distilled in 2019 and bottled at 44.5% ABV in a 700 ml bottle.
It is made from sugar cane honey and was distilled in a column still. Ageing took place for three years in bourbon casks, three years in Ferrand casks and one year in rye whiskey casks. Dosage is 12 g/l.
The nose shows rye whiskey, tropical fruit aromas, dill and anise; the palate is spicy, with tea, spicy fruit compote and pastry.
