A single cask rum from Trinidad Distillers Limited, distilled in 2011 and bottled at 47.1% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. Made from molasses, it was aged eleven years in bourbon casks, one year and three months in Ferrand casks and nine months in Kopke port casks, with zero dosage.
The nose offers cherries, rum pot, wood and bitter almonds. The palate is rounded with a harmonious fruit-acid play, and the port wine finish is unmistakable.
