Pokeno – New Zealand Single Malt Origin

Pokeno New Zealand Single Malt Origin is a New Zealand single malt from the Pokeno distillery, made with local barley. It matures entirely in first-fill bourbon casks, which bring plenty of silky vanilla and balanced spice. On the nose there is warm caramel, allspice, black pepper and a hint of lemon peel. The palate offers generous vanilla caramel, warm oak, cinnamon and candied citrus fruit, and the finish carries brown sugar notes and peppery spice.
