A late-harvest white wine from the Pomino DOC, made mainly from selected white grapes picked late for elevated sugar concentration. Ageing in wood and steel barrels enhances its softness and structure, with aromas of ripe fruit, honey and floral notes in a velvety, persistent palate. Its intense golden colour suits dessert service with dry pastries, blue cheeses or nut-based sweets.
