Pommeau de Normandie from Drouin is made by blending fresh apple juice with young Calvados. It is an emblematic product of Normandy, with a bright amber colour.
At the glass it shows delicate yet intense aromas of ripe apple, flowers and vanilla. The palate is velvety and rounded, with notes of cooked apple, honey and a light touch of spice, leading to a persistent, harmonious finish.
