Preservation Kentucky Rye Whiskey (75cl)

Preservation Kentucky Rye is a pot distilled rye whiskey from Preservation Distillery in Kentucky, sold in a 75cl bottle. The distillery worked with a farming partner so that all the rye came from Kentucky growers, which it regards as the core of the whiskey's character. The mash also contains corn and malt. It is described as equally herbal, floral, sweet and spicy, with baked cinnamon pears and fruity gum, and a viscous texture that comes from pot distillation.
