Proclamation is a blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 40.7% ABV. It is made from a blend of grain whiskies from across Ireland and put together in small batches.
The whiskey is triple distilled and aged in new American oak, and the blend also includes bourbon barrel maturation and a touch of malt finished in sherry casks. This gives a round, toasted finish to a whiskey with a clean taste.
