100 Seasons is a 25 year old American light whiskey from Proof & Wood, part of the brand's Curated Collection. It is made from a mashbill of 99% corn and 1% rye and bottled at 102.3 US proof.
The whiskey was finished for eight weeks in American rye barrels, then rested for two years in steel containers to halt further ageing.
The palate is full bodied, with vanilla cream and rich caramel, and fresh sweet fruit in the middle. The finish is long and spicy.
