Good Day 21 Year Old is a Canadian blended whisky from Proof & Wood Ventures, distilled in 2000 and aged for 21 years. It is a blend of eight barrels of corn and rye whisky, made from 97% corn, 2.7% rye and 0.3% malt.
Before bottling it was finished for three months in American rye barrels.
The nose is brown sugar and rye-like spices, with hints of honey and vanilla. On the palate come light caramel, brown sugar and spices, and the finish brings citrus and dried fruit.
