Provenance Macduff 10 Year Old is a single cask Highland single malt from Douglas Laing's Provenance range, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled at Macduff and matured for ten years in a single refill hogshead. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colour.
The nose brings citrus peel, vanilla and honeycomb, with gentle maritime hints, soft malt sweetness and freshly sawn oak. On the palate there are toffee, green apple and barley sugar, with a touch of spice, sea salt and creamy oak. The finish is medium-long and clean, with sweet malt, soft spice and a hint of sea breeze.
