eRètico 7YO is a seven-year-old whisky from Psenner, matured in ex-grappa and ex-Amarone casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is warm, with dried fruit, ripe plum, grape pomace, sweet spice, vanilla and toasted wood. The palate is round and soft, with gentle tannins echoing dried fruit and a pleasant light bitterness at the end.
