Puni Aura Edition 03 is a single malt from the Puni distillery in South Tyrol, Italy, bottled in 2023 at 56% in a 70cl bottle. Only 910 bottles were filled.
The whisky spent almost nine years maturing in new French oak. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose brings peppery spice with ripe apples and apricots. On the palate come dark chocolate, dried fruit and a touch of spice, leading to a long, dry finish that balances sweetness and spice.
