Pure Mirabeau En Provence Rosé 2024 (75cl, 12.5%)

Pure Mirabeau En Provence Rosé 2024 is a dry rosé wine from southern France made by Maison Mirabeau. Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault are blended into the cuvée. In the glass it shows a delicate peach-pink with violet nuances. The nose carries grapefruit, lychee, red berries, mandarin and a hint of passion fruit. On the palate there are citrus notes and a salty minerality on the finish. It is suggested with ceviche, prawns in lemon, garlic and parsley marinade, or a fine salad with turkey breast. Bottled at 12.5% vol in a 750 ml bottle.
