RA Barbados 2000 22 Year Old Rum (50cl, 56.5%)

A Barbados rum distilled in 2000 in a pot still at the oldest documented distillery in the world, then aged six years in ex-bourbon casks in the tropical climate of Barbados before being imported to Europe. It is bottled at 56.5% ABV in a 500ml bottle and limited to 304 bottles worldwide. The nose has spices, fine sweetness, peach, papaya, vanilla and oak, with a subtle creaminess. The palate is balanced and complex, with sweetness and dryness. The finish is long-lasting, with noble spices and well-integrated wood tones.
