A Belize rum distilled in 2006 and presented as a single cask release of 378 bottles. The molasses rum was distilled in a column still and matured for 10 years about 4 km north of Belize City in Buffalo Trace barrels from Kentucky. In 2016 it was shipped to England and transferred to bourbon barrels, then later moved to the rum warehouse. It shows fruity notes of lemon and pineapple, with vanilla and coconut nuances. The nose has light alcoholic sharpness and candied bitter orange. The palate is creamy and fruity, with a hint of bitterness, peach, honey, light oak and a variety of spices.
