Rabbit Hole 'Dareringer' Kentucky Straight Bourbon (75cl)

Rabbit Hole Dareringer is a Kentucky straight bourbon made in Louisville, in a 75cl bottle. The mashbill is wheated and free of rye, with wheat as the flavouring grain. The bourbon first matures in toasted and charred new American oak barrels, then moves to Spanish Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for a second period of ageing. It is described as deep ruby amber, with sweet sherry, dried dark fruit, raisin, toasted oak and soft vanilla on the nose. The palate brings sweet plum, marzipan, caramel, brown sugar and warm cinnamon, and the finish is long and warm, with dried fruit and toasted oak.
