Raer Blended Scotch Whisky Oloroso Expression (70cl, 40%)

Raer Oloroso Expression is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It starts from the Raer Signature Blend, which is then matured further in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks from the Jerez region of Andalucía, Spain. The Oloroso casks give the blend a rich, sweet and nutty character. It sits between the sweeter Pedro Ximénez Expression in the same range and a drier style of finish. In the glass it is described as rich, sweet and nutty, ending drier and elegant, with a finish reminiscent of fine Champagne.
