Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato is an Italian aperitif liqueur from Ramazzotti, founded in Milan in 1815 by Ausano Ramazzotti. It is built around hibiscus sourced from the Lago Maggiore area and orange blossom from Liguria, with a note of peach bridging the two. The hibiscus gives sweet, fruity, slightly tart notes and the pink hue, while orange blossom adds a fresh floral aroma. It is lighter in bitterness than Campari or Aperol and is suited to a spritz, tonic or a long pour over ice.
