Rampur Asava is a single malt whisky from India, in a 70cl bottle at 45% ABV.
It is matured in American bourbon barrels and then perfected in Indian Cabernet Sauvignon casks, a step presented as a first. The red wine casks are the centre of the expression, which aims for a balance between the bourbon barrel maturation and the Indian wine casks.
