Rampur – Double Cask Indian Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 45%)

Rampur Double Cask is an Indian single malt whisky, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered. It is matured in two kinds of wood: American bourbon barrels and European oak sherry casks. The American white oak adds delicate vanilla, while the European oak brings caramel, dried dark fruit and a spicy note. The nose is full-bodied, with tropical fruit, soft malt and oak. The palate is sweet and fruity over rich sherry, and the finish is long, lingering and generous.
