Rampur – Jugalbandi #2 Single Malt Indian Whisky (70cl, 56.3%)

Rampur Jugalbandi #2 is an Indian single malt whisky, in a 70cl bottle at 56.3% ABV. The Jugalbandi series takes its name from a duet in Indian classical music, which the distillery translates as 'entwined twins'. Each expression pairs two casks meant to complement one another. In this one, the whisky is matured in similar barrels and then finished in Calvados casks from Normandy. The finish adds a layer of baked apple, with notes of pear, apricot and honey.
