This is a cask strength single malt from Rampur in India, the Sydney Edition, bottled at 57.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was distilled in 2015 and matured in an American bourbon barrel until it was bottled in 2022. Only 150 bottles were released.
The nose brings tropical fruit with apple, apricot, lychee and banana, rose petal, toffee, cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, creamy vanilla gives way to sweet and spicy flavours alongside tropical fruit and floral tones. The finish is long.
