Rebel 100 Kentucky Straight Bourbon (75cl, 50%)

Rebel 100 is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, made from the brand's wheated recipe, in which soft winter wheat takes the place of rye. It is bottled at 100 proof, a higher strength that gives the sweet, creamy character of the wheat more weight than the brand's original recipe. The nose is sweet and aromatic, with dark caramel, honeyed vanilla and a little dark fruit. The palate is thick and velvety, with warm caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak and a touch of citrus. The finish is long, warm and dry, with sweet vanilla and a hint of baking spice.
