Rebel Single Barrel 10 Years is a Kentucky straight bourbon that has spent ten years in American oak. It is made in Bardstown, Kentucky, at a distillery still owned by the family that founded it.
The long maturation gives a full flavour of caramel and vanilla, together with notes of dried citrus.
The master distiller, John Rempe, has been making whiskey for the company for more than 20 years.
