Redbreast 12 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It is made at Midleton from malted and unmalted barley, with no peated malt, and triple distilled in copper pot stills.
The whiskey is matured in three types of cask. A straw-gold colour leads into a nose of spice and fruit with toasted wood. On the palate, spice and fruit come together with notes of pear and a toasted character, followed by a long, complex finish.
